In that message the member will see a link that he or she has to go to and complete the registration process. By doing this the profile status would change to Approval. In case the member changes his or her e-mail address the profile status would go back to unconfirmed and he or she has to go through the same process above to go back to the "Approval" status.

When the member confirms his e-mail address but hasn't been checked by the administrator yet, the status would be "Approval". In this stage the administrator would check the member's profile and picture to make sure the it dose not violate the rules and regulation of the site. If the profile dose not follow the rules and regulation of the site, it would be rejected and the members would get a list of the rejection reasons, so he or she would change the profile to get to the approval status. Remember in the Approval status the member's profile dose not show up in the search results. The member has to get to Active status in order for his or her profile to show up in the search results.
